❀ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do!
BUT please, be aware that there may be additional customs/service fees that are completely out of my control. Regardless of weight or value of your order, you will be required to pay VAT
(i don’t collect VAT)
Any additional charges/fees/taxes are the customers responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package!

❀ When will my order ship?
We’ll ship your order the 15th of the month and 30th of the month.
That means that if you have placed your order between day 1 - day 14, we’ll ship it next day (day 15), if you have placed your order between day 15 itself - and 29, your items will be dispatched day 30.
Or the very next day when the post office is open.
We’ll announce when we’ll ship your order on our rrss (Links on the bottom of the page).
I have other job and not only this store, so depending on my workload I may be able to get your order out earlier! ♡

❀ How long will take to receive my order?
Spain 5-20 Business days (estimate)
Europe 20-40 Business days (estimate)
To other part of the world: 60 - 180 Business days (estimate)
Delays may occur for COVID 19 or holidays

❀ Where is my item?
If you haven’t had choosen the certified shipping i can’t do anything, cause i don’t have any tracking number.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for EUROPEAN orders
- Please allow 3-8 weeks for INTERNATIONAL orders
Due to the COVID19 situation, the postage delays are to be expected.
Since we’re a small bussiness , we don’t have any control over the shipping services once your mail leaves my studio. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

We need your DNI or NIE to ship the items to you.

❀ CUSTOMS
These are feeds that you might be charged when you get your package. It depends on your own country’s laws, so it’s out of my hands.
If you don’t pay the customs, the order will be returned to us, i can send it to you again, but you’ll have to pay for shipping again. Another option will be i’ll refund the money for the products but not the shipping

❀Do you accept returns?
We don’t do returns.
⚘ I unfortunately don't accept exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
cancellations only before we ship it. Once is shipped there is no cancellation.

❀ If something major happens
We’ll announce this kind of situations on our RRSS, for example, that day is holiday and the post office is closed, so we can’t ship your package until x day.
